 STAR: PABLO 

                                        

Task summary

    For this task, we had to create an activity with codey rocky, but fortunately for us, we were the last group in developing an activity with this robot. We designed an adapted map of Murcia where students should have to identify the places they knew and learn those which they didn't. At the beginning they had to use a telephone as a remote control, and then they learned how to program a series of controls to make this robot work by itself.

    Teachers feedback

        After we completed our presentations, the teacher provided general feedback to the entire class. She began by congratulating all the stars for their work and highlighting the progress made since our initial activities. She mentioned that using AI as a starting point for an activity is acceptable, as long as we later refine and add details. Additionally, she praised us for having our activity well-planned, which would have been beneficial if adjustments had been necessary. She also reminded us to always keep the learning objectives and standards in mind to ensure we are effectively teaching and our students are learning appropriately. Lastly, the teacher emphasized the importance of giving and receiving constructive feedback from classmates, as peer feedback offers a different perspective than that of the teacher.

    Classmates feedback

       When our "students" finished the task, they were asked to write a feedback about it. They pointed out that it was a really nice activity where as the same time they were learning, they had a great time; in addition, they remarked that the initial activity to familiarice with codey rocky helped them to develop better the second activity.

    Our conclusions about the feedback received

        We were so happy about the results and the feedback received from the activity, looking back to our first task with this interesting toys, our work has been improved a lot as now we know better how they work and the important things that we can extract from them.
